1.Shipping

The shipment of the products is made to the address indicated by the client. It is not possible to send the shipment to a post office or a parcel station.

Orders are only made in mainland Spain.

The standard shipment is made through GLS and the delivery will be made during the 7 working days following the order confirmation date.

It is considered working days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Being holidays Saturday and Sunday, together with the public holiday officially stipulated in Spain.

The products sold on our website may not be destined for subsequent sale or distribution.

You are the responsible of the products once they are sent at the delivery direction. 

Can I change the address of delivery of an order?

We can change the direction of an order while it is in preparation on our warehouse. Once it is prepared for the shipment at the hands of the carrier, we cannot modify on the order. If you need to change the address, contact our customer service team by sending an email to: tienda@solagrupo.com.

2. Prices and availability

All prices include legally applicable taxes (VAT).

SOLÀ reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time and sense in advance.

The shipping rates are applied by order and appear once the order is processed before payment.

When we process the command, we will inform you by email if any of the products included in the command are not available. In this case, we will not charge any import for this product.

3. Cancellation of orders

Can I cancel the order?

If you have changed your opinion and you don't want the command, you can request a request to send an email to tienda@solagrupo.com and we will check if it is possible to cancel the order.

You are aware that if the order is already ready to be sent or at the hands of the carrier, we will not be able to cancel it.

In any case, remember that you have 15 days from the date of shipment to easily return the items that you do not want.

How can I get a refund?
 
  • I have received the command damaged
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it

You have 15 days from the date of shipment of the order to make a return.

In any case, it is essential that the products are subject to a return in perfect condition and without obvious signs of damage, otherwise you will not be able to exchange or return. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at SOLÀ in perfect condition. If you have difficulties finding an adequate packaging, we suggest using the original box when you open the box you ordered. If the articles are in poor condition, we will not be able to receive the requested return.

You will receive an e-mail when we receive the refund of the products or, in the case of an exchange, when we send the new size that you are requesting.

How do I proceed if I want to make a return?

Write us an email to tienda@solagrupo.com advising you of the intention to return the article and indicate how to proceed.

SOLÀ will not accept refunds in a term of more than 15 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product.

The articles must be sent:
 
  • In its original state (including labels and packaging), and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been used, washed or damaged. After approving the return, please send the product to the indicated address.

Once you return to our installations, you will receive a confirmation email. If you please, I know that the amount that will be paid to your account may take up to 14 days. You will refund the import in the same way in which you will make your purchase, by returning it to the credit card.

SOLÀ is not responsible for any loss that the package has left its mark during shipment, and it will be the client's responsibility to ensure that this package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

4. Security Protection for buyers
