Givaway Rules 

Agritechnica 2025

 

1. ORGANIZER

SOLÀ, a company specialized in the manufacture of seed drills, with NIF ESB08275026 and address at Ctra de Igualada s/n 08280 Calaf (Barcelona), organizes this givaway for promotional purposes. For any query related to the giveaway, an email can be sent to marketing@solagrupo.com.

2. PARTICIPANTS

The giveaway is open to all persons over 18 years of age, residents of European countries, who meet the requirements set out in the publication of the giveaway. Participation implies full and voluntary acceptance of these rules.

3. MECHANICS OF THE GIVEAWAY

Participants must take a photo of themselves at our stand at Agritechnica (Hall 11, stand C31) and share it on their Instagram profile via stories. If you have a private profile, you must send a screenshot of the image to the SOLÀ account. In all cases, you must follow our account @sola_grupo, tag us in the post and use #seedingwithSOLA.
Each participant may participate only once.
SOLÀ will be able to repost the images.
The profile must be active and not fake or created exclusively for the giveaway.
Once the participation has been validated, the user will receive a direct message from the @sola_grupo account confirming his/her inclusion in the giveaway.

4. DURATION

The giveaway will be active from November 9, 2025 until November 15, 2025, inclusive.

5. PRIZE

The prize will consist of:
  • Round-trip air or train ticket from any European country (with conditions).
  • Guided visit to SOLÀ facilities in Calaf.
  • 2 nights stay in Barcelona for 2 people with breakfast included.
Conditions:
  • Transportation included:
    • Flight or train in tourist class from European capitals or main cities (up to a maximum of 400 € per person).
    • Travel dates: during the month of May 2026 (to be agreed with the winner).
  • Exclusions:
    • Visas and internal transfers in the country of origin are not covered.
    • No other expenses derived from the trip other than those detailed above are covered.

The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other product.
SOLÀ reserves the right to modify any of the elements of the prize for reasons beyond its control, always guaranteeing an equivalent value.

6. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The winner will be selected on the 20th of November, randomly among all participants who meet the requirements.
SOLÀ will contact the winner through the Instagram of the participation.
The winner must respond within 7 days from the communication. Otherwise, a new winner will be selected.

7. DATA PROTECTION

The personal data collected will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018.
They will be used exclusively for the management of the giveaway and will not be transferred to third parties.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an email to marketing@solagrupo.com.

8. LIABILITY

SOLÀ reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons, as well as to exclude participants who do not comply with the rules.
SOLÀ is not responsible for technical problems of connection or social networks that prevent participation.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS

By participating in the draw, participants expressly authorize SOLÀ to use, reproduce and disseminate the images shared on Instagram in which they appear at the Agritechnica stand, exclusively for promotional and corporate communication purposes. This authorization includes their publication on social networks, website, catalogs, commercial presentations and other SOLÀ digital or printed media.
The assignment of rights is free, non-exclusive and valid worldwide, with no time limit. Under no circumstances will the images be used for commercial purposes unrelated to the purpose of the sweepstakes or transferred to third parties.
Participants guarantee that the images shared do not infringe the rights of third parties and that they have the consent of all persons appearing in them. SOLÀ is not liable for any claims arising from the use of such images.
The participant may revoke consent at any time by writing to marketing@solagrupo.com.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the sweepstakes implies acceptance of these rules.
SOLÀ reserves the right to resolve any situation not contemplated in these rules.
