As S.A.T. Manager, you will lead and coordinate the team of field technicians, guaranteeing a quality after-sales service for our customers in Spain, Europe, North Africa and Eastern countries. You will be the technical and organizational reference to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Main functions

Coordinate and supervise the team of technicians for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of machinery.
Manage warranties and claims, ensuring a quick and efficient response.
Prepare technical and administrative reports related to SAT.
Visit customers and provide technical support in the field.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and response times.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

Education: Technical, mechanical, agricultural engineering or similar (equivalent experience valued).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in positions related to technical assistance, agricultural or industrial machinery.
Technical knowledge: Agricultural machinery, hydraulics, mechanics and basic electronics.
Computer skills: Advanced use of office tools (Excel, Word, email).
Languages:
English: Essential high level (oral and written).
French: Valuable.
Others: Valuable.
Skills: Leadership, organization, effective communication and customer orientation.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Develop growth and product penetration strategies and tactics to increase sales in assigned region.
Identify and develop new distributors

Train and support existing distributors to increase sales and service capabilities.
Mentor distributors to drive company sales.
Plan, manage and attend agricultural trade shows and marketing events to strengthen the brand and products.
Use lead generation and data analysis tools to develop effective sales strategies.
Organize and present meetings and field days with groups of 10-100 attendees throughout the year.
2. Manage and develop distribution channel.
Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Increase distributor participation in sales and service activities.
Effectively communicate sales and marketing initiatives.
Manage distributor training certifications.
Resolve distribution channel conflicts to maximize sales by maintaining strong relationships with distributors and growers.
3.Understand and promote business strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision.
Achieve channel buy-in on distribution strategies.
Align distributors with corporate strategy to ensure sales and service success.
Other responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations on planter maintenance.
Provide technical and commercial support during the sales season.
Attend commercial inquiries when in office.
Travel to dealer locations, trade shows and events (25%-75% of time depending on season).
Use of digital tools and corporate CRM.
Annual or semi-annual visits to the head office in Spain.

Requirements:

Permanent residence in a Latin American country.
Languages:
Spanish: native.
English: valuable.
University degree in Agriculture, Business or equivalent experience.
5 years in sales/account management or minimum 3 years in the agricultural industry (preferably in planters and/or fertilizer spreaders).
Knowledge of dealer environment and distribution channels.
Skills to communicate technical and commercial information.
Time management and communication skills.
Highly motivated and proactive attitude.
Experience leading teams (desirable).
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
